Dark Side of the Moon Run 204 - Canada Day - July 1st, 2011

Digger calls to order this rare, sunny, Canada Day running of the Dark Side of the Moon.	The Hares show their trail marks. It is very hard to iradicate since it can produce 300,000 to 2.7 million seeds, which can be spread by water, wind, wildlife and humans, while remaining viable for up to 20 years. Victoria, and region, has a lot running events.  For instance, in 2011 before July 1st, there was Mt Tzouhalem Long and Short runs, the Nanaimo Westwood Lake, the Ladysmith Long and Short runs, the Times Colonist 10K, Fletcher's Challenge in Nanaimo, Sooke River 10K, Chemainus Legion Twilight Shuffle 5K, Merville 15K, Comox Valley Half Marathon, LifeMark Esquimalt 5K, Hatley Castle 8K, Cedar 12K, Cobble Hill 10K, and Pioneer 8K.  I have no idea which was a HBC sponsored run, but Deep might have done one of these, but he cann't talk about racing on a hash!
